Platform Services

1. Managing your mutual fund portfolio; taking day-to-day decisions as per agreement
2. Facilitating subscription/redemption and non-financial transactions with AMCs
3. Providing information, recommendations, and advisory of financial products

Compliance

You agree to provide true and correct information and use the Platform for lawful purposes only.

Registration & Login Credentials

Registration via mobile and OTP; you are responsible for the security of your credentials.

Customer Communications

You consent to be contacted via email, SMS, phone, WhatsApp, and platform notifications.

Intellectual Property

All content is the intellectual property of Right Pick Advisors; personal non-commercial use only.

Indemnity & Liability

You agree to indemnify the Company. We are not liable for errors, delays, rejections, or market losses.

Arbitration & Governing Law

Disputes shall be arbitrated in Jaipur, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts at Jaipur have exclusive jurisdiction.

Termination

You may delete your account. We may close accounts for non-compliance. Records may be retained to satisfy regulatory obligations.
